Course Description

First of three-part sequence for students selected to the Mayfield Fellows Program. Focuses on management and leadership of purposeful technology-intensive startups. Learning outcomes include entrepreneurial leadership skills related to product and market strategy, venture financing, team recruiting and culture, and the challenges of managing growth and ethical decision-making.
